Drawing No. DD-MPI-420-115
Every Ditron implant starts as a Ti-6Al-4V ELI bar on a Swiss-type CNC turning center and leaves the floor verified to tolerances of 0.02 mm. Aerospace discipline, applied to the jaw.
Implant-abutment fitting measured at the micron level on every production batch.
Swiss-type CNC turning centers held to tolerances most industries never ask for.
Extra-low interstitial alloy, the same specification used in aerospace and cardiac devices.
Every implant passes optical metrology and clean-room final inspection before packaging.

Process control

A patented molecular-level seal between implant and abutment that minimizes the micro-gap, reduces bacterial leakage, and protects crestal bone.

SLA surface: sandblasted with large grit, acid-etched, then verified for cleanliness with spectrometry. Roughness engineered for fast osseointegration.

Implants are cleaned, assembled and packaged in an ISO-classified clean room, then gamma-sterilized. Sterility is documented per lot.
